Panza integrates with Instagram and Klaviyo to extend your loyalty program's capabilities.
The Instagram integration lets you reward customers for interacting with your brand on social media.
Connection
Connect your Instagram account from Integrations > Instagram in the dashboard. OAuth authentication with Facebook/Instagram is required.
Instagram Comments
Reward your customers for commenting on your store's posts.
- Only one rewarded comment per post per customer.
- The customer must have their Instagram username registered in the panel and be a registered member.
- Comments are processed automatically.
Configured in Integrations > Instagram > Comments.
Instagram Mentions
Reward your customers for mentioning your store in their posts.
- Points per mention: The number of points they earn.
- Processing delay: Hours to wait before processing the mention.
- Cooldown days: Minimum time between rewarded mentions.
- The customer must have their Instagram username registered and be a member.
Configured in Integrations > Instagram > Mentions.
Klaviyo
Sync loyalty events with your email marketing platform.
Connection
- Go to Integrations > Klaviyo in the dashboard.
- Enter your Klaviyo API key.
What can you do?
- Sync loyalty events (points earned, redemptions, tier changes).
- Create segments in Klaviyo based on your customers' loyalty activity.
- Create automated flows in Klaviyo triggered by loyalty events.
- Enable or disable sync at any time.
