08. Customize the Loyalty Panel

The loyalty panel is the main widget your customers see in your store. It's embedded as a Shopify theme block and can be customized from the dashboard.

Panel Sections

Welcome Banner

Personalized greeting with the customer's name, available points, period points, current tier, login/sign-up buttons, and a customizable background image.

Ways to Earn

List of all active ways to earn points (purchase, sign-up, birthday, Instagram, Shopify Flow). Each shows name, description, and points awarded.

Ways to Redeem

Grid of available rewards filtered by the customer's tier. Fixed redemptions show a direct button, variable redemptions show a slider to choose points. Disabled if the customer doesn't have enough points.

Unused Rewards

Horizontal carousel of unused coupons with visible code and a copy button. Only appears if the customer has pending rewards.

Referrals Section

If the referral program is active, shows the customer's unique link or code, copy button, and incentive information.

Points History

Paginated table with date, action type, description, and points earned/spent. Shows 5 transactions per page.

Tiers Section

Shows all available tiers with name, required points, benefits, and automatic rewards for reaching each tier.

Visual Customization

From Site Content > Full Panel in the dashboard you can customize:

Welcome banner image: Background image for the top section.
Redemption section image: Background image for the rewards area.
Referrals image: Background image for the referrals section.
Text alignment: General text alignment in the panel.

For more advanced customization, you can request custom development.

Additional Theme Blocks

Configured from Content in the sidebar.

Points on Product Page

Shows how many points the customer will earn by purchasing that product. Calculated automatically based on the price and configured rate. Shows a different message for logged-in vs. logged-out customers. Includes customizable icons (coin, star, gift, trophy, diamond, heart).

Points on Cart Page

Shows the total points the customer will earn for their current cart. Updates dynamically when the cart changes.

Link Bar

Simple promotional bar with text and a link. Can be full-width or content-width, with configurable colors and sizes.

Dialogs / Popups

Configured from Content > Dialogs. Promotional dialogs for your customers:

Types: Modal, banner, slide-in, bottom bar.
Content: Title, text, CTA button with URL, close button.
Design: Colors, borders, animations, position, width.
Priority: If multiple are active, the highest priority one is shown.
Auto-close: Optionally closes after X seconds.
Tracking: Records how many times it was shown, closed, and clicked.

Translations

The panel supports Spanish and English. The language is detected automatically based on the store's configuration.

You can customize all customer-facing text from Site Content > Translations, including welcome text, buttons, messages, earn/redeem names, tier names, email text, and error messages.
